RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will develop and implement regional renewable energy programs, providing policy, budgeting and technical guidance, coordinating energy audits and studies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

  1. Developing and implementing regional renewable energy programs, providing policy, budgeting and technical guidance, coordinating energy audits and studies;
  2. Assisting in the coordination of special project planning, programming, execution, long range planning and broad strategy initiative in support of the regional energy program;
  3. Providing guidance to engineers and technicians associated with energy project development and implementation of energy initiatives;
  4. Developing business case analysis, economic analysis and energy consumption analysis as it relates to energy consumption, utility cost and total ownership costs of proposed projects and energy initiatives and;
  5. Utilize computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheet presentation, electronic mail, internet and database software.
