Be on the front lines of one of the very first Huk retail stores.

Huk is a game-changing fishing apparel brand that pushes the boundaries of fishing in style and substance. From freshwater to salt, offshore to inshore, bait to artificial, spinning to casting to fly, our passion is all the same. Huk performance unites all anglers regardless of their pursuit.


As the Store Manager, you will be a leader that plans and directs day-to-day operations of the store. You will help develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and increase profitability. This role is responsible for maintaining high store standards, fostering a positive environment and helping to coach associates in retail selling to improve store sales.


Job Requirements:

  • Committed to superior customer service.
  • High School diploma, AA preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a retail sales environment. Softline preferred
  • 2-3 years in a leadership/supervisory role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
  • Relevant history of high retail sales performance.
  • Basic Math Skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.


Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
