As an individual contributor, this role defines long-term strategy and is pivotal in driving innovative and forward-thinking strategies, ensuring seamless integration and execution of high-level initiatives that bolster organizational objectives and exercises considerable latitude and initiative and demands a strong focus on collaboration with executive stakeholders to shape and deliver transformative solutions that resonate with long-term business priorities and values.Key DutiesCollaborates with senior leadership to define and refine strategic process improvement initiatives that align directly with the organization's long-term objectives and values.Serves as the subject matter expert in designing, enhancing, and implementing innovative strategic management tools that drive organizational transformation.Utilizes a forward-thinking approach to analyze current processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for impactful change across commercial and operational domains.Partners with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative solutions, ensuring seamless integration and execution of high-level initiatives that bolster organizational priorities.Leverages robust frameworks for change management, strategic design, and process improvement to foster organizational alignment and behavioral shifts in line with senior leadership's vision.Implements data-driven methodologies to assess the effectiveness of strategic tools and processes, ensuring sustainable improvements that resonate with business priorities.Acts as a key influencer within the organization, cultivating relationships with executives to drive collaboration and strategic alignment across divisions.Stays abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and cutting-edge approaches to process improvement and change leadership, ensuring the organization remains innovative and competitive.Job-Specific Experience, Education & SkillsRequired:7 years of experience in strategic process improvement, change management, organizational development, or related fields.Bachelor's degree with a focus in business administration, organizational development, or a related discipline, or an additional two years of training/experience in lieu of this degree.Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing innovative strategic management tools that drive organizational transformation.Proven ability to analyze and optimize processes across commercial, back office, and operational domains, leveraging data-driven methodologies for sustainable improvements.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate and execute high-level initiatives that align with organizational priorities.Adept in applying robust frameworks for strategic design to foster alignment with senior leadership's vision.Strong background in cultivating relationships with executives and influencing strategic alignment across divisions.Deep familiarity with emerging trends and best practices in process improvement, strategic design, project management, ensuring innovative and competitive strategies.High school diploma or equivalent is required.Minimum age of 18.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred:Experience in a leadership role managing projects that directly affect multiple organizations, departments, and/or the entire company.Exhibits deep business acumen that allows for quick development of strong relationships with senior leaders to effectively influence and collaborate to meet organizational needs.Job-Specific Leadership ExpectationsEmbody our values to own safety, do the right thing, be caring and kind, and deliver performance.
