Growth Opportunities - advance your career as we open new communities and expand our existing ones Your Impact Provide screenings, evaluations, treatments, and training in speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy tailored to resident needs. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and payer guidelines, as well as ASHA requirements and company policies. Adopt a holistic approach, addressing residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. Implement personal care plans focused on residents' strengths and preferences, fostering comfort and companionship. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to meet the needs of our residents throughout their care. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience working with the older adult population in related therapies preferred. Current CPR Certification. Valid state license (for state in which the community provides service) in occupational therapy assistant, where applicable.
