We are collecting resumes for consideration for potential future openings like this within our Music Marketing & Ticketing Department in Miami.


This executive position within the Music Marketing Department of WME Personal Appearance, a division of Endeavor, will contribute to the department by working with music clients on marketing and ticketing strategy. The executive will collaborate with responsible agents across the PA department, managers, labels, and outside buyers and ticketing companies in order to best sell tickets and leverage artist’s visibility in the live music marketplace. This agent will travel to events and cover business functions as necessary.


Duties and Responsibilities:

· Market and run point on an assigned list of clients, as directed by department leadership.

· Support responsible agents by developing marketing and ticketing strategy for clients.

· Manage external relationships to understand market conditions and circumstances that contribute to the client’s ability to sell tickets to events and tours and apply and share that information internally.

· Develop an understanding of the Endeavor network to best capitalize on cross-promotional and business development opportunities as they arise.

· Act as liaison between WME and managers and labels in order to best support clients’ marketing initiatives across their platform.

· Mastery of ticketing solutions in order to best advise on strategy to include, but not be limited to, VIP strategy and re-sale.

· Contribute to artist signing pursuits by lending marketing and ticketing knowledge to the solution.

· Ability to travel to, cover, and provide detailed reports on special events.


Qualifications, Skills and Education Requirements:

· 10+ years’ experience in a touring/entertainment role; previous talent agency, live event company, or music industry experience required.

· Must be Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)

· Must have live event ticketing experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Demonstrated competency providing strategic support to agents, department leaders, and external client teams.

· Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with agents and team leaders to ensure extensive coverage of music clients as well as Endeavor events.

· Must be self-motivated/self-starter with the ability to multitask successfully and operate within timeline constraints.

· Must have a passion for, and extensive knowledge of, live music and events.

· Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills.

· Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
