Rapid Response Team LeadWe are seeking a Rapid Response Team Lead to join our team supporting DISA JSP ETM in Arlington, VA. As part of the application process, you agree that TekSynap Corporation may retain and use your name, e-mail, and contact information for purposes related to employment consideration.Responsibilities and QualificationsResponsibilities:Monitor and control project budgets.Capability to make decisions under pressure.Possess managerial, leadership and communication skills.Ensure the baseline configuration of all network assets, including hardware, software, documentation, and point-to-point circuits, is documented, and configured according to DoD and JSP engineering standards.Develop and maintain the Configuration Managed Database (CMDB) containing infrastructure data supporting relevant IT processes and management practices (e.g., Asset, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, Operations, Project, & Security Management) to meet or exceed MOAs/MOUs/SLAs with customers.Provide real-time uninterrupted and unencumbered access to the MDB for personnel identified by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or the Alternate Contracting Officer's Representative (ACOR).Lead the rapid response efforts during network incidents or outages, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to escalate and prioritize incidents based on severity and impact.Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to streamline response efforts and improve overall resilience.Required Qualifications:Experience:3+ years as a Lead Project Manager3+ years in DoD IT environmentEducation:Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required)Certifications:Project Management Professional Certification (minimum)Clearance: Must possess a Top Secret/SCI clearanceWork Environment and Physical Demands:Location: Arlington, VAType of environment: OfficeNoise level: MediumWork schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday - Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.Amount of Travel: Less than 10%Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, feel, touch; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds.
