Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at Flynn Construction Inc. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing projects within the budget timeline and scope. They will effectively plan and track project progress to fulfill project requirements.

 

Qualifications

·        Quality assurance and Quality control skills

·        Project Management Expertise

·        Logistics Management proficiency

·        Budget Management and Cost control skills

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

·        5+ Years of experience in commercial construction projects

·        Ability to work effectively in a team environment

·        Expediting skills

·        Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints and construction drawings

·        Strong organizational and analytical skills

·        Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-hour certification

·        Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
