We are looking for a Human Resource Administrator to manage the daily administrative HR tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing support in recordkeeping onboarding and payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain and update employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Process payroll timesheets and employee benefits changes
- Assist in scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters
- Answer employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support HR compliance efforts ensuring adherence to labor laws
- Prepare HR reports such as employee attendance turnover and benefits utilization
- Handle routine administrative duties including filing data entry and maintaining HR documentation
- Associates degree in Human Resources Business or a related field (preferred)
- 1 years of HR administrative experience
- Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
