About the Role

The position is for building the next generation of our Integrated Workforce Management (IWM) applications utilizing Java, JavaScript and Oracle technologies. Partnering with other top Engineers, Architects, Product Managers & QAs, you will help define, design, and implement world-class SaaS solutions for our customers.



Primary Responsibilities

• Design & develop next features and functionalities using modern technologies

• Enhance existing features & functionalities with better user experience & more efficient implementation

• Touch all levels of the technology stack – web front end, application server & database layer

• Collaborate with other engineers & participant all technical discussions

• Investigate new tools, technologies & apply them appropriately to the tasks on hand

• Work closely with product managers & quality assurance engineers to ensure on time product delivery



Secondary Responsibilities

Helping production support engineers to troubleshoot production issues



Minimum Qualifications

• Designed, developed and supported complicated Software Applications for at least 2 years

• Proficient in programming with Java, JavaScript, & SQL

• Experienced with MVC architecture, Spring framework, Apache, Tomcat, Hibernate/JPA, & Junit, JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, etc

• Good problem-solving skills & quick learner for new concepts & new technologies

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Be a motivated self-starter that enjoys working in a dynamic environment

• B.S. in Computer Science is required or equivalent experience



Preferred Qualifications

• M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Experience building SaaS solutions

• Experience working at start-ups or other fast-paced software development environment
