Remain abreast of the most recent developments in cloud computing.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud support or a related role.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
Strong knowledge of networking security and virtualization technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator preferred.
