Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Structures Inspector to be based in Seattle, WA at client field site in Spokane, WA.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Under minimal direction, relies on extensive experience and independent judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Responsible for setting own project deadlines.
  • Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties.
  • Performs daily field inspections and maintains inspection records.
  • Participates in punch lists, provide support for as-builts and reviews contract file categories for completeness
  • Tracks quality assurance progress.
  • Coordinates third party material testing and special inspections
Minimum Requirements
  • HS + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable about highway and railroad structures construction techniques
  • Familiar with working around railroads
  • Experience with Microsoft office programs
  • Familiar with Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam

Additional Details:
  • Project location is in Spokane, WA
  • Current BNSF Annual Safety, eRailsafe and Roadway Worker certifications required
