Notre objectif principal Que tu excelles sur les missions qui. te seront confiées mais aussi, et surtout, t'inscrire dans un cheminement évolutif à l'aide de formations adaptées. Intégrer JD Group c'est te donner l'opportunité de te développer, et construire ton plus beau parcours de carrière.
TES MISSIONS : Véritable leader opérationnel et coach de ton équipe, tu assures la gestion d'un département au sein du magasin. Tes principaux objectifs
- Encadrer une équipe de vendeurs et de superviseurs : accompagnement, identification des potentiels, délégation de missions, contrôle du travail, bonne entente ... tu feras ton possible pour créer une équipe de choc, capable de garantir un service client exemplaire
- Améliorer la rentabilité de ton département : tu jongleras quotidiennement avec les indicateurs de performance (CA, TT, IV, PM ...) que tu analyseras et communiqueras heure par heure à ton équipe. En bref, ils rythment vos journées.Lève tôt ou couche-tard, peu importe Tu seras amené à effectuer des ouvertures et/ou des fermetures de magasin. En cas d'ouverture, tes talents de leader seront mis à l'épreuve dès le matin : gestion des livraisons, brief équipe, planninfication des pauses journalières ... Quelques missions RH te seront confiées : établissement des plannings, recrutement, intégration des nouvelles recrues, développement des compétences de tes équipes. Enfin, tu t'assureras de la propreté générale de la surface de vente. Merchandising, rangement, nettoyage.
TON PROFIL :

Leader, tu as déjà managé une équipe, tu sais l'animer et la fédérer vers un objectif commun. Exemplaire, tu excelles dans l'art de la vente et tu adores transmettre ce savoir-faire à ton équipe. Polyvalent, les hommes comme les chiffres n'ont aucun secret pour toi.
Ambitieux(se), ta vocation première est de faire de chaque jour un accomplissement ou une réussite.

E t non non, on n'a pas oublié... pas de niveau de diplôme requis : que tu sois diplômé ou que tu proviennes de l'école de la vie, c'est ta personne qui fera la différence
