Job title: Performance Planning AnalystLocation: Fort Worth, TX 76155Duration: 3+ months (Possibility of extension)Onsite roleDescription:• This job is a member of the Performance Planning & Analysis team within the Cargo Division• The Cargo Planning and Performance team leads and executes all goal-setting, budgeting, performance tracking and analysis for the entire cargo division. The team works with business unit leaders to set objectives and support ways to achieve them, across revenue, operations and service functions in cargoAs noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.• Create mechanisms through reports, dashboards or analytical tools that help business units identify performance gaps and opportunities• Establish key performance metrics that gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of sales, operations and customer contact team strategies and initiatives• Delivers frequent performance updates to senior leaders within Cargo, providing insight around commercial initiatives, market share changes, operational performance• Partners with multiple stakeholders (Strategy, Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations) to develop go-to market plans for new route and product launches; compile a comprehensive overview of the market with key customer and product opportunities• Develop and manage cargo incentive programs to drive incremental revenue across account and product portfolios• Stay up-to-date on emerging industry or technology trends to propose upgrades to reporting, analytical tools, and processes as neededMinimum Qualifications• Education & Prior Job Experience• Bachelor's degree required• 0-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Consulting, Data Analysis, Sales Operations or a similar analytical role• Basic knowledge of programming languages, such as SQL, Python or R• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications• Education & Prior Job Experience• Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Analytics• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or equivalent visualization software• Prior experience in airlines/transportation/freight forwardingSkills, Licenses & Certifications• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of achieving results through collaborative efforts• Ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks to achieve optimal outcomes
