Responsibilities

include: Develop, build, and nurture partnerships with leaders and employees Implement programs on organizational people initiatives to ensure that PNNL is building the employee experience based on PNNL’s culture Lead talent management and workforce planning activities at the Directorate or Division level Coach and mentor others, listen effectively, and build rapport with a diverse workforce -- helping employees at all levels develop Ensure quality of HR service delivery through effective collaboration with the HR shared services and core HR teams Collaborate with others on the Talent Management team to deliver services in the areas of leadership development, team building, meeting design and facilitation, customized training, and succession planning Communicate complex concepts, anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a different point of view. Lead others to solve complex problems Provide support for Directorate DE&I initiatives Use excellent written and verbal communication, leadership skills, and unquestioned integrity to lead and influence Directorate teams Utilize people-related data analytics paired with analytical thinking, tools, and judgement to aid in decision making and identifying innovative solutions Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations May lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity Identify and contribute to programs and processes across the PNNL HR team

You must have a strong bottom-line orientation, be able to persist in accomplishing objectives, despite obstacles and setback, and have a track record of pushing yourself to exceed goals successfully and support others to achieve success. 


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/BA and 7 years of relevant experience -OR- MS/MA or higher and 5 years of relevant experience
