Key Responsibilities:

  • Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements through surveys interviews and performance data analysis.
  • Program Development: Design and develop engaging training programs including elearning modules workshops and seminars that align with organizational goals.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate instructional materials including manuals guides and multimedia content ensuring clarity and relevance.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions and workshops both inperson and online using various instructional methods and technologies.
  • Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback assessments and performance metrics making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content meets specific needs and objectives.
  • Support: Provide ongoing support to employees and managers offering guidance and resources to reinforce learning and application.
  • Stay Current: Keep uptodate with industry trends and advancements in instructional design and learning technologies to continuously enhance training practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Education Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design training or a related role. Experience with elearning platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design software (e.g. Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate).
  • Certifications: Professional certifications in training or instructional design (e.g. CPLP ATD) are advantageous.
