As a Technical Expert, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Schneider Electric Power Systems Products (Medium and Low Voltage) and related Power Services Operations (Install, Maintain, Spare Parts, and Ecofit), Digital Connectivity is a plus, to provide expert guidance, subject matter expertise, and technical support to cross-functional teams throughout the Services offer development lifecycle.

What will you do?

  • Lead the development of technical specifications for Services offers.
  • Proactively identify and manage technical risks associated with new offers.
  • Assess technical feasibility and define the sizing of technical efforts (including technical stories and lessons learned).
  • Determine product design choices and manage definition files, such as Instruction Sheets, Scope of work, Adaptation and Repair Policies.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) and Scrum Master (SM) to prioritize and lead technical activities within the shared team backlog.
  • Ensure the robustness and reliability of the designed solutions.
  • Design the EcoCare and Spare Parts aspects of the offer.
  • Drive the technical validation of Maintenance, Spare Parts, and Ecofit offers according to quality and customer requirements.
  • Implement spare part and product structures within PDM/Symphony.
  • Provide support to Manufacturing and Industrialization teams, particularly with regards to labeling, packaging (Design for Test/Manufacturing/Assembly), and technical antenna considerations.
  • Collaborate with associated teams to support customer cases and provide technical expertise, including root cause analysis.
  • Support the Services LoB Tool Team to improve Field Services Tools and Data Quality (TIPI & OnSite Apps.)

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

  • Proven relevant work experience in Services Operational Technology (Install, Commission, maintain and Ecofit).
  • Passionate about emerging predictive and analytic technologies and knowledge of equipment Design and Standards.
  • Knowledge on NAM Power System offer, Medium and Low Voltage Product, Such as: MV MetalClad, VR Breakers, LV SWB QED 2&6, LVDO PZ4, ASCO, LV ACB & MCCB,...
  • Leadership, problem solving and decision making.
  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Digital: Asset Connect and EcoStruxure Asset Advisor (EAA) is a plus.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • At least 5 years of work advanced experience related to Field Services activities or relevant.
  • Strong Knowledge in SE Medium and Low Voltage Power Products
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar based Qualification
  • 1 st and Main priority around 80% è Provide technical guidance and expertise to cross-functional teams in the NAM Squads throughout the offer development lifecycle.
  • 10% è Contribute to the creation of technical Foundation Documents (Method of Procedure (MOP), Scope of Work (SOW), List of Maintenance (LOM), installation Guides, instruction sheets, and Etc...) describing the problem solving on Services offerings.
  • 5% è Contribute to the quality improvement of the products on current portfolio, collaborating with Offer Quality Leaders and CS&Q.
  • 5% è Contribute to the knowledge Sharing within the Tech Expert Team.
SECONDARY DUTIES :
  • Visit customers sites to discuss and analyze unsolved technical issues when needed.
  • Present Advanced FSRs Community topics at monthly meetings, providing continuous feedback to Community leaders about team members participation and involvement.
  • Team-work spirit and solidarity.
