Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the schools SEN provision working with staff to deliver highquality support.
  • Oversee the development of individual education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers support staff and parents to ensure a cohesive approach.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of students with SEN.
  • Stay up to date with SEN policies and legislation.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Qualified SENDCo with experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • A clear DBS check.
  • Right to work in the UK.
