Scope:
  • Participate in Campaigns, been responsible to collect information about his activities and share through the appropriate tool (ANAPLAN) and accordingly to the time frame defined by the Campaign leader.
  • PAM / OI / Market-share / Competitors
  • Participate during the Campaigns, supporting with bricks selection, targets definition and transformation programs related to the activities under their responsibilities.
  • Help to animate the plans and campaigns
  • Define and Track the KPI's in a monthly/quarter basis.
  • Participate during Sales Fcst process (SIOP steps cycle) - monthly basis.
  • Actively give feed-back about competitors moves to the Business Intelligence team - monthly.
  • Actively work on Price list update (when make sense) to guarantee alignment with FOREX and RAW Material increase (Price Increase campaign) and manage (transactional) delta price.
  • Control and approval of activities to guarantee alignment with company Guideline.
  • Close relationship with Channel managers and when required support regional fo new licenses and New Programs
  • Managed lifecycle product.
Key Internal & External relationships
  • Monitor partners performance
  • Close relationship with ETO/CTO plants and tendering teams to guarantee volume agreed in RF
  • Commitment to reach RF figures for Orders, Sales and GM
  • Digital content availability / Digital Strategy / Digital GTM / Social media (digital marketing campaigns)
  • Knowledge and understanding of key customers/segments and critical business requirements.
  • Enable commercial performance, through the implementation of solutions that address business needs and proactively propose process and system improvements to ensure ongoing alignment with business leader and VP.

Qualifications:
  • Solid energy industry experiences (Analytic, Sales and/or Project) with customer facing roles / and marketing
  • Is a differential got Knowledge medium voltage switchboards as IEC 62271-200
  • Support Local deployment of the global strategy (adapt to the local context, setting priorities, communicate, drive and influence local team) for sustainable results and growth
  • Experience working with collaborative teams, demonstrating ability to influence people to create high collaborative connection.
  • Strong internal network and managing those relationships in a Matrix environment
  • English mandatory
  • Spanish desirable
