Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in, Sociology, Biology or related areas.

- At least 08 years of experience working on environmental licensing projects.

- Experience in carrying out different projects to mitigate socioeconomic impacts linked to Brazilian Environmental Licensing processes, especially licensed by IBAMA.

- Experienced in the implementation of actions to mobilize communities impacted by infrastructure projects, especially those related to oil and gas exploration and production, promoting projects that foster the self-knowledge and integration of communities.

- Capacity to handle complex meetings, including public hearings and engage stakeholders is required.

- Good knowledge of Oil & Gas industry.

- Specialization in Socioeconomics will be an advantage.

- Fluent in English -spoken, reading and writing

- Multitask and able to work under pressure and sharp deadlines.

- Initiative, creativity, adaptability and dynamism.

- Planning skills.

- Able to have good interpersonal communication.

Activities

• Support to plan and implement the affiliate's socioeconomic strategy based on the global and local Societalstrate gies and in accordance with the Company's guidelines.
• Support the implementation of company policies
• Provide local support on socioeconomic matters to achieve TotalEnergies' ambition.
• Support in the planning, implementation and management of thesocioeconom ic impact mitigation projects required by the environmental licensing processes (such as PCS, PEA, PEAT, PMTE, PMTA, PMIR, PMCS, PMCAP, PMCRP, PMAIS, as part of Ibama's Macro Regional Plan, among others), demanded by Ibama.
• Support and/or elaborate the annual reports related to the mandatory projects to meet Environmental Licensing requirements.
• Support in the implementation of social investments initiatives.
• Support in the governance of the area: elaborating and controlling reports, policies, KPIs, among other related activities. Measure and monitor Company's Societal performance.
• Support stakeholder relationship management in accordance with guidelines and rules. And support in the implementation of stakeholder management tools. • Support the area on socioeconomic events in the sector meetings, briefings and public hearings.
• Require service providers to address socio-economic issues and include social clauses in service contracts and ensure their i mplementation.
• Support the monitoring of the socioeconomic performance of the branch
• Represent the Company in the different socioeconomic Groups/Forums in Brazil (e.g. internal work groups, IBP, ABEP, IBAMA).
• Manage the contracts of service companies under the administration of the area.
• Interact with Public authorities (IBAMA, government representative s, etc.).
• Plan and carry out events and actions to mobilize and engage communities.
• Provide support for the implementation of Volunteering Project within the areas where TotalEnergies operates.
• Manage grievance mechanism.
• HSE - Respect HSE policies and the Company's code of ethics and conduct. Keep up-to-date medical exams as outlined in the PCMSO. Participate in HSE trainings and lectures. Know the emergency response routine and participate in the simulated exercises. Communicate to the HSE area all situations of risk, accidents and near accidents in the Company. The employee shall perform his/her activities in compliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One Maestro Principles and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people, the environment and Company's assets and reputation
