Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, handling budgeting and financial tasks, and overseeing maintenance and vendor services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of commercial office, retail, and/or industrial properties
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing questions, concerns, and lease issues
  • Prepare, manage, and track annual property budgets, including CAM reconciliations
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to maintain the properties and handle repairs and maintenance
  • Oversee rent collection and ensure timely payment processing
  • Assist in drafting and executing lease agreements, amendments, and renewals
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and upkeep
  • Maintain property records and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Provide reports on financial performance, occupancy rates, and tenant retention
  • Ensure excellent tenant relations and maintain open communication with property owners

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial property management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, commercial leases, and legal regulations
  • Experience with CAM reconciliations and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
