DEPARTMENT : Family Advocacy



JOB SUMMARY : Provide strategic planning to Tulalip Tribes leadership regarding Family Advocacy programs, services, and operations. Lead and direct Family Advocacy programs and services including Beda? chelh, Legacy of Healing, Child Advocacy, and Family Haven. Develop and implement short-term and long-range goals. Prepare and administer department budget(s). Contribute to the cultural Enrichment Management Team. Promote Tulalip Tribes as a Sovereign nation as well as a professional, culturally vibrant and healthy community.



COMPENSATION: $52.88 hr.





MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION



High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Services, Social Work or related field.*Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.

MINIMUM RELATED EXPERIENCE



Eight (8) years related experience required in professional level human services positions.
Eight (8) years supervisory and/or management experience
Five (5) years working experience in financial management creating and maintaining budgets.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: This is a regular Full-Time position.
