Le Commis de Cuisine est rattach au Chef de Cuisine (ou ses subordonnes).

Il ralise lensemble des prparations culinaires suivant la politique et les stratgies dfinies par son superviseur en matire de recettes culinaires et procds de cuisson. Il sassure de la qualit du produit dont il est responsable ainsi que des mesures dhygine et de scurit en vigueur, tout en garantissant la pleine satisfaction du client.

**CUISINE**

* Suit les standards et procdures de scurit Marriott pour son dpartement afin dassurer un environnement scuris et propre.

* Prpare les mets selon les consignes de prparation, ratios et quantits selon la fiche technique en vigueur.

* Garantit la qualit de fabrication et de fraicheur des produits de la cuisine.

* Son travail peut varier selon la partie affecte (prpare des pices de viande, vide et flambe les volailles, cuit les fonds de tarte, mince les lgumes etc.)

* Ralise le travail de plonge si cela est ncessaire

* Ralise toute mission ponctuelle la demande de sa Direction

**PROFIL RECHERCHE**

Diplm dun CAP cuisine, BEP htellerie-restauration ou quivalent, vous possdez idalement une premire exprience russie en cuisine classique dans le secteur htelier.

* Etre une personne disponible, ponctuelle et ayant le sens de la discipline.

* Etre dot dun excellent relationnel, daptitudes travailler en quipe et dune bonne rsistance au stress.

* Avoir le sens de lobservation et le souci du dtail

* Rigueur et organisation indispensable
