Finance and Payroll Delivery Manager

Leap29 is seeking a Finance & Payroll Delivery Manager for our Employer of Record business. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing international team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the outsourcing function in due course.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities for Leap29’s group employing companies around the world.
  • Produce gross to net reports for employing entities.
  • Manage statutory reporting obligations for employing entities.
  • Provide entity support and account services for client entities.
  • Assist with multi-country payroll management activities for our clients.
  • Manage payroll input and output allocation.
  • Reconcile timesheet data and expense reports.
  • Perform banking reconciliation.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Accounting qualification is required. Being chartered is a bonus.
  • Experience in an outsourcing environment service centre providing international accounting support is essential.
  • Proven experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
