Responsibilities
- Coordinate field staffing for projects including recruitment and hiring
- Study project plans and attend prejob walks and onsite visits
- Ensure correct installation adherence to plans and specifications
- Complete accurate documentation of project extras and paperwork
- Monitor job cost reports and correct accounting errors proactively
- Complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain communication with clients and company departments
- Implement company policies in field operations and safety protocols
- Conduct biweekly meetings with Foremen and train staff
Qualifications
- 10 years of commercial landscape construction experience
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience
- Valid Drivers License
- PW Experience preferred
Education Requirements
- No specific educational requirements stated but relevant certifications and training in landscape construction will be beneficial.

Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in commercial landscape construction with a focus on new installations not maintenance.
