Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $17/hr.

Essential tasks:
  • Complete claims processing training with an 80% or higher on exams and maintain minimal errors during live assessments.
  • Analyze and process claims across various plans, using resources to ensure correct benefit payments.
  • Identify and escalate claims with potential third-party liability (e.g., coordination of benefits).
  • Provide feedback on procedural issues to improve processes and support management.
  • Participate in testing functions, attend meetings, and draft professional correspondence.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, pursue career goals, and work overtime as needed.
Qualified candidates will have six months of related experience. Medical claims experience is a plus.
