This position serves as the primary liaison between the HR Technology team and the end users. The responsibilities include providing systems support and analysis to facilitate leveraging technology solutions to meet the needs of the HR function and our employees. The HRT Analyst will act as the principle functional specialist for our Oracle HCM Cloud solution for Learning Modules, will deliver project and end-user support, as well as configuration and testing across the modules.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serves as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM Cloud for all Learning related queries, such as process questions, systems questions, and technical/user issues
- As the first line support for all system-related queries, ensure triaging and appropriate SLAs are met in Neocase and Jira
- Utilize experience to recommend, counsel and instruct end users on process improvement and implement systems capabilities
- Responsible for providing technical support and training to HR, administrators, and other stakeholders in Learning.
- Troubleshoots HRIS-related errors and escalates issues as needed. Works closely with Oracle Support and technical team to resolve service requests.
- Responsible in researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws, perform scheduled activities, and recommend solutions to failed processes.
- Manage configuration across supported systems, including requirement gathering, scoping and design of systems solutions and process, creation of specification documents, to successfully meet client needs.
- Responsible for mass loads and data management activities, including completing manual data entry requests and data corrections, as needed.
- Responsible for understanding data feeds between the HCM and other information systems, as well as providing technical support, troubleshooting, and testing activities when necessary
- Perform ongoing systems maintenance such as interfaces, tables, field updates, workflows and automatic alerts.
- Keep working documentation up to date, such as technical specification documents, local work instructions and users guides
- Work daily with the HRT and technical teams and support any ad hoc requests

Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of training, education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as functional HRIS/HRT Analyst in a Learning Management System "LMS"
- Strong preference given to those with experience in Oracle Cloud
- Experience with following systems is a plus: Alteryx, SQL, SumTotal, HRIS
- Advanced user in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Outlook, etc.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work hours outside of normal business hours
