UNSER MANDANT: Das Unternehmen ist ein schwedisch-polnischer führender Hersteller von Mobilzäunen, Containertreppensystemen und Bautreppen für die Industrie und das Bauwesen, sowie von temporären Sicherungssystemen. Als Gruppe betreiben sie einen eigenen hoch technologisierten Produktionsbetrieb und spezialisieren sich auf ausgewählte Produkte, können auch projektbezogen agieren. Die Dienstleistungen bewegen sich im Bereich vom Entwurf, der Produktion, des Vertriebs, sowie der Vermietung von leichten Stahlkonstruktionen. Die Anlieferung und Montage können sie europaweit, und in besonderen Fällen, sogar weltweit übernehmen. Die hochqualitativen Erzeugnisse sind vom TÜV-SÜD in Übereinstimmung mit der Norm EN 1090-1 zertifiziert. Die Meisten davon haben auch eine CE Kennung.  Um die Strukturen in Deutschland zu verstärken suchen wir eine engagierte, unternehmerische und vertriebsorientierte Person mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen (min. C1) und Branchenkenntnissen auf dem deutschen Markt für die Position:

 PROJECT MANAGER/ Vertrieb (m/w/d) Germany

Arbeitsort: Deutschland 

Arbeitsart: Remote

Arbeitsvertrag: GmbH in Deutschland


ZIEL DER POSITION: Erhöhung der Marktanteile des Unternehmens auf dem deutschen Markt. 


AUFGABEN:

  • Technische Beratung
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Projekten für Montagekonstruktionen
  • Projekt Management
  • Aktive Neukundenakquise
  • Kontakt mit den Kunden 
  • Aufbau und Pflege von langfristigen und effektiven Kundenbeziehungen
  • Marktanalyse.


DEIN PROFIL:

  • Nachweisbare Projektführungserfolge in Deutschland im Bauwesen und Industrie
  • Min. 4-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Verkauf von Baumaschinen, Baugeräten, Container, Bautreppen oder Stahlkonstruktionen in der DACH Region
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachniveau 
  • Sehr gute Englisch- bzw. Polnischkenntnisse (Produktionswerk in Polen)
  • Verhandlungssicherheit gepaart mit Verkaufsstärke
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Organisatorisches Geschick und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft (Führerschein der Klasse B).
