Job Title: Membership and Ticketing Administrator
Accountable to: Membership and Ticketing Executive
Contract: Permanent PartTime
Hours: Min 24 hours per week over 3 days.Also to include weekends and bank holidays with some evening work to cover match days when necessary.Standard office hours are 9am 5pm Monday to Friday on nonmatchdays/events.
Salary: 14976 per annum
Location: Cooper Associates County Ground Taunton

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Commercial Team to support our membership and ticketing department. In this role youll be a key point of contact for inbound and outbound membership and ticketing enquiries by phone email and face to face. Youll provide prompt friendly and professional service to internal and external customers. Youll be processing membership and ticket sales sending out hospitality packs monitoring mailboxes and on match days supporting customers with entry and enquiries.
We ask that youre approachable friendly and proactive youre the first point of contact for our valuable customers. Youre organised with the ability to prioritise multitask and effectively meet deadlines calm and professional have excellent attention to detail and you value working with your team. Youve got recent experience in an administrative and/or customer service role. Your IT skills are excellent and you communicate well both in written and spoken English.
You will need to be eligible to work in the UK.
