Job Description

Job Title: SOR Grant Director- THIS IS A GRANT FUNDED POSITION WITH GUARANTEED FUNDING FOR 2 YEARS.

Pay Grade: L

Job Summary:

Responsibilities

Coordinates project activities and perform analysis of operational issues. Participates in development of long-term plans, programs, and strategy. Directs the development of standards and procedures to be used in project development and implementation according to grant requirements. Plans, develops, implements, and maintains a system designed to coordinate and provide continuous support for programs activities. Assures that services are planned and implemented in accordance with all relevant laws, policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. Oversees the work of the providers working on the grant to provide an environment that fosters the dignity, rights, and privacy of patients. Conducts frequent site inspections to supplement evaluation procedures.

High school diploma or GED AND One year of professional level experience related to the area of assignment.
