If you are looking for an opportunity to join our team, our Lead Personal Banker role might be right for you. As a Lead Personal Banker, you will be a trusted financial resource to existing and potential members by utilizing a consultative approach to evaluate, educate, and fulfill members' financial needs. You will refer members to Business Services, Mortgage, Home Equity Lending, Investment Services, and other internal departments, as needed while serving as a resource for technical and day-to-day operational assistance to include problem resolution and mentoring, training, and providing feedback to peers. Additionally, you may be responsible for opening/closing the branch in the absence of management, and handling member escalations.

To thrive in this role, you should have five to eight years of previous banking or related experience. This position is a mixture of excellent member service, problem solving, and education. In this role, you will identify and educate members on additional products and services the Credit Union can offer them. If you enjoy working with members, coming up with innovative solutions, and are organized and thrive on accuracy, this might be the role for you.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of Teller and Platform operations.
  • Exceptional service delivery ability.
  • Accuracy in numbers, procedural detail, processing and balancing negotiable instruments.
  • Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.


We are currently seeking a Full-Time Lead Personal Banker to join our La Orilla Branchwho can work 37-40 hours per week, with open availability Monday-Saturday.
