Join our clients extraordinary care team as an After Hours Hospice Registered Nurse in Mt. Lebanon/Bethel Park PA. This fulltime position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment. You will collaborate to provide patient care plans support patients in the area and manage critical deadlines for charting. If you have the required skills and experience we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans Support patients in Mt. Lebanon/Bethel Park PA and surrounding areas Meet critical deadlines for charting Selfmanage time and schedule Demonstrate experience with tablets mobile phones and EMR software Schedule and Shift Details Monday Thursday 5p8a willing to consider alternate shifts example: Monday Friday 5p1a or 12a8a Travel Local travel required.
