Job Responsibilities

A Private Medical Clinic Assistant in Singapore is responsible for a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. Key responsibilities include:

Reception and Front-Desk Duties: Greeting and welcoming patients. Registering patients and updating their personal information. Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar. Answering phone calls and responding to emails.

Clinical Support:

Assisting doctors and nurses during medical procedures. Checking patients' vital signs and updating medical history. Providing basic medical advice and information to patients. Administering medication under supervision. Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.

Administrative Tasks:

Managing patient files and records. Ordering and maintaining medical supplies and equipment. Coordinating with other healthcare providers and specialists as needed.

Qualifications Needed

Educational Requirements:

Completion of the Singapore-Cambridge General Certification of Education at the Ordinary Level (O-Level). WSQ Certificate in Healthcare Support.

Skills and Experience:

At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is often preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to converse in English and Mandarin. Conversing in Malay will be an added advantage.

Personal Attributes:

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. A compassionate and patient-oriented approach, pleasant disposition. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Additional Information

Working Hours:

8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday. 8am to 12pm on Saturdays.
