The Maintenance Technician performs car and truck service & repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting and buy back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our safety and quality standards. Full-Time Position with overtime availbility: Monday - Friday: 5:00am - 1:00pm$20 hour starting salaryAdditional pay for VSI License and ASE CertificationsFull-Time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, paid time off - along with Rental Car Discounts, Employee Referral Bonuses and Auto Purchasing Discounts$1,000 Tool AllowanceWork on new vehicles across all manufacture linesPursue Professional Development – advancement through apprenticeship - work and train with our team of highly qualified and experienced Automotive TechniciansAccess to manufacture trainingUse of company provided tools and equipmentResponsibilitiesEnsure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to company procedures as required.Perform buy back/turn back servicing according to company procedures as required.Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.Maintain safe and clean work area.Perform other related duties as requiredEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violationsin the last 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points)No drug or alcohol related incidents in the last 3 years (DUI/DWI)Must have 1 year experience handling automotive mechanical service procedures in a work-center atmosphere in the last 3 yearsMust pass background check/MVR and drug test
