Automotive Technician

Experienced A or B Level Automotive Technicians - 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Monday through Friday hours

$15-$20/Hour Pay + Overtime + Flagged Hours Pay. Opportunity to make $45k to $100k annually based on experience and hours produced.

This clean, well-maintained shop in Norfolk, VAsearching for Automotive Technicians A and B Level. This shop delivers honest and professional automotive repair and auto maintenance services to the people of Norfolk and surrounding areas. This shop was founded with the commitment of providing the best professional service while maintaining an honest, competitive cost. They are ever determined to improve the Quality of Service and Parts while maintaining the Best Possible Pricing to ensure our customers of reasonably priced and reliable automotive car-care. In setting our high standards of service, we use only trained/qualified ASE Certified Automotive Technicians. The ideal candidate will constantly be looking for new ways to improve themselves and contribute more to the company. They listen, take feedback seriously and are open-minded when presented with new ideas. They aren't afraid to ask questions and seek help when needed.

What we want

• A or B Technicians
• Positive, follow ethical professional organization policies and procedures
• Work at least 40 clock hours a week and complete a minimum of 30 flat rate billable hours a week
• Desire state inspector license
• ASE certifications strongly preferred
• Euro experience a positive
• Consistency in quality of care for cars and customers
