Location: Central Singapore
Job Summary:
Preparation of corporate secretarial documents, maintenance and updating of statutory registers and secretarial records, attending board/board committee meetings, handling of client billing and payments and other ad-hoc duties, as and when required.
Responsibilities:
Handling a portfolio of companies Preparing of resolutions and minutes of directors and shareholders, and attending to any relevant follow up Timely lodgement of documents with ACRA, preparing/maintaining statutory records and computerized client database Providing client support through phone and email correspondence Complying with the clients standard operating procedures Performing any other ad-hoc assignments as may be assignedRequirements:
Degree/Diploma and Professional qualification such as CSIS or Professional certificate in chartered secretary will be an added advantage. At least 2 to 6 years of Corporate Secretarial experience Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in both Mandarin and English. Ability to work well as a team player Good understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements of the Singapore Companies Act (will be an added advantage). Willingness and ability to learn and leverage on technology. Able to prioritize, work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle clients professionally. Able to work collaboratively in a team yet able to carry out tasks assigned independently.
