This is a remote position.

Paradigm is currently looking for a Legal Noticing Specialist to work for our client in Beaverton Oregon. This person will support the Director of Legal Notice by drafting declarations notices and other documents. This role provides an introduction to the sales and legal noticing teams and will immerse you into the legal requirements associated with the administration of class action settlements. Lastly this position requires excellent writing ability communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Type: 12 month contract
Location: Remote (Beaverton OR area ONLY)

As a Legal Noticing Specialist you will:
  • Work with the Class Action Project Management Teams to obtain and review stats and other legally significant filings for declaration.
  • Draft and proof notices and declarations using templates for filing with courts.
  • Review online court dockets related to declarations.
  • Review legal documents such as Settlement Agreements Complaints Orders etc.
  • Manage case tracking for calendaring deadlines courts etc.
  • Review objections and opt out reports to analyze content related to notice.
  • Assist with requests from clients/sales in support of new business opportunities (notice / claim experience activity projections etc.)


Requirements Our experience skills and wish list include:
  • 4year college degree with an emphasis on writing or experience with writing or paralegal or attorney experience with drafting legal documents or class action related experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional writing and proofreading skills.
  • Receptive to redlines and feedback.
  • Reliable and works well under pressure / deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
  • Must be able independently without the need for constant supervision.
  • Willingness to be responsible and own processes / tasks.
