What are you going to do

As an RFO Manager, you will manage a wide array of business operations activities. You will collaborate closely with shared services teams, particularly in areas similar to supply chain operations, requiring strong communication skills. While this position does not have direct reports, you will work closely with the project scheduler and be expected to actively contribute to the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site and business readiness activities for the LNG project in Texas.
  • Interface and coordinate with shared services teams, including supply chain.
  • Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.
  • Employ Power BI and Microsoft Suite tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure project milestones are met through proactive management and hands-on involvement.
  • Present project updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Travel to Houston as required to support project needs.


Essential skills and knowledge

Non-Negotiables:

  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to take initiative and drive projects forward without needing constant supervision.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Capable of presenting information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Project/Program Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects or programs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • LNG Experience: Knowledge of LNG operations or projects.
  • Shared Services Operations Experience: Previous experience in operations, particularly in shared services like supply chain.
  • Operations Readiness Experience: Prior experience in a Ready for Operations or Operations Readiness role.
