Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the administrative support of Sourcing Department, including coordination of regulatory documentation requests, preparing purchasing documents and coordination and input of assigned purchasing database.
Coordinate regulatory documentation and sample requests - process and tract requests, expedite documents and samples, ensure all requests are fulfilled.
Prepare assigned administrative duties such as raising QAFs, Sample POs and etc.
Update assigned purchasing databases such as ICC new codes.
Coordinate Sample POs - expedite and ensure prompt deliveries of items.
Assist in maintaining information to the Global Purchasing Database.
Assist buyers in projects coordination.
Assist in office administrative duties such as distribution of incoming mails and parcels
