We at LawSikho are hiring for a Data Analyst in Central Reporting and Information Control (CRIC) Department. Job Description:
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex data sets from various sources across the organization
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key findings
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements through data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analyses
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data governance policies
- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field (minimum requirement)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Python programming language and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
