This position supports Halliburton Completion Tools product service line.

The Data Management Specialist will be responsible for the accurate and timely management, input and final verification of all technical data and documentation within the data management system. Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure implemented processes and standards are followed. Manage Technology data from input to final verification.

The Data Management Specialist will demonstrate core competencies such as effective communication, teamwork/collaboration, problem-solving, initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Job Duties and Qualifications

  • Creation of material in data management system for multiple locations
  • Review and verify material data including bill of material, specification attributes and other technical engineering information for compliance to company standards
  • Update and maintain engineering data in data management and manufacturing systems
  • Resolve data related issues with technical team members
  • Distribute engineering, supplier and technical data as required
  • Responsible for ensuring all data aligns across multiple systems
  • Make recommendations to improve and streamline work flow process and standardization efforts

Skills

  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge and use of Data Management Systems, SharePoint and SAP
  • Detail orientated with demonstrated ability to produce accurate work and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills are typically acquired through 2-5 years related experience processing technical documentation associated with Manufacturing and/or Technology
