Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales:
Formula y recomienda metas y objetivos de los programas de Salud y
Bienestar de los empleados.
Desarrolla e implementa programas innovadores y creativos alineados con las estrategias de Wellness y Salud y Bienestar.
Desarrolla e implementa las actividades del programa Wellness de Universal diseadas para beneficiar la salud y el bienestar de los empleados.
Supervisa las operaciones y administracin de las instalaciones y programa de fitness corporativo de la compaia asegurando que los recursos se manejen de forma adecuada y en cumplimiento con las polticas normas de seguridad y procedimientos de la Compaa.
Desarrolla y supervisa campaas educativas iniciativas comunicados y promociones del Programa de Bienestar incluyendo la coordinacin de actividades y recursos.
En conjunto a la gerencia evala las necesidades de bienestar de la organizacin.
Colabora con otros departamentos para promover iniciativas de bienestar.
Responsable de la organizacin y coordinacin de eventos y actividades de los programas de bienestar.
Proporciona educacin e informacin sobre salud y bienestar sin limitarse a impartir talleres y/o seminarios con el fin de proporcionar recursos y apoyo a los empleados relacionadas a bienestar.
Monitorea y evala la efectividad de los programas de bienestar.
Educacin y/o experiencia:
Bachillerato en Recursos Humanos o rea relacionada y mnimo de cinco (5) aos de experiencia en la administracin de Recursos Humanos incluyendo las reas de Beneficios y Wellness. Como tambin podra considerarse una combinacin de educacin y educacin equivalente.
Conocimiento de la legislacin local y federal aplicable a las reas de administracin de Recursos Humanos.
Amplio conocimiento en el manejo de sistemas de computadora y manejo del teclado y dominio del sistema operacional para el procesamiento de nmina.
Capacidad de manejar altos volmenes de trabajo y cumplir fechas establecidas. Manejo de varias tareas simultneamente estableciendo prioridades.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y colaboracin con otros.
Capacidad de anlisis de informacin evaluacin de casos y toma de decisiones acertadas.
Excelentes destrezas interpersonales servicio y manejo de pblico.
Destrezas de liderato proactividad y apoderamiento ante situaciones de trabajo.
Licencias y/o certificaciones:
No se requiere licencias y/o certificaciones para ejercer las funciones antes expuestas. Para la ejecucin ptima de sus funciones se podran requerir licencias o certificaciones relacionadas al puesto.
Idioma:
Completamente bilinge (espaol e ingls). Habilidad para leer escribir y hablar en ambos idiomas y para hacer presentaciones a grupos.
Destrezas matemticas:
Habilidad para calcular figuras y cantidades tales como porcentajes suma multiplicacin intereses comisiones y proporciones. Capacidad de realizar anlisis estadsticos y manejo de mtricas financieras.
