Clemens Food Group is a leading name in the food industry, committed to operational excellence and innovation. We're seeking an HR Operations Manager to enhance our HR processes, ensure compliance, and drive employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Process Optimization: Refine HR processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws and develop relevant policies.
  • HRIS Management: Oversee HRIS systems for process automation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Performance Management: Support performance evaluations, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development initiatives.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics: Analyze HR data, track metrics, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Budget Management: Manage the HR budget, including forecasting and expense tracking.
  • Timekeeping System Management: Oversee timekeeping systems and configurations, including Kronos.
  • Vendor and IT Collaboration: Partner with vendors and IT to meet HR objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Strong HR management experience with a focus on operations.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR) and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
