Warehouse Operations Manager

We are an international company with offices in the US, UK, and Portugal, specializing in integrated technology and 3PL business solutions. Our Hatfield, PA fulfillment center operates as a Third Party Logistics (3PL) supplier, providing pick, pack, and ship services for a global medical device manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods within a fulfillment center setting.
- Strategically plan and manage people, processes, and systems to ensure goods are received, stored, and shipped effectively while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with workers and managers to solve work-related problems.
- Review work throughout the work process and at completion to ensure it has been performed properly.
- Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of activities and response to fluctuating workloads.
- Resolve personnel problems, complaints, and formal grievances when possible, or refer them to higher-level supervisors for resolution.
- Counsel employees in work-related activities, personal growth, and career development.
- Maintain accurate and timely order fulfillment and shipping from the team.
- Promote behaviors that lead to teamwork and cooperation.
- Assist with moving customer supplied product and other materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and containers.
- Read work orders and/or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments as well as material and equipment needs.
- Facilitate picking and fulfilling orders from stock by reviewing packing slips to determine part numbers, lot numbers, serial numbers, and quantities of product required.
- Assist in packing and shipping fulfilled orders.
- Help in managing and organizing both product and literature inventory.
- Help in maintaining appropriate Fulfillment and Shipping supply stock.
- Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
- Inform designated employees or departments of any problems encountered.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Four years of relevant experience in fulfillment operations processes.
- A minimum of one year experience leading a team.
- Strong math aptitude and problem solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- 6:30 am - 3:30 pm work hours (to be agreed).
