Job Summary

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: • Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
• Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
• Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS + 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Must have PE License in Texas
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
  • 20 to 25 years of experience on TxDOT projects
  • Microsoft Office excel, word, and video conferencing skills
  • Working knowledge of TxDOT Site Manager
  • Preferred TxDOT Precertification requirements
  • Have obtained 11.1.1 (Roadway Constr. Mgmt.), 11.2.1 (Bridge Constr. Mgmt.), 5.2.1 (Bridge Design), 4.2.1 (Roadway Design), or can be obtained within 3 months after hire date.
  • Preferred Previous Experience- TxDOT Area Engineer, Assist. AE, Director of Construction (DOC), Assist. DOC, or similar.
