Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Senior Program Schedule Manager to be based in San Francisco, CA to work onsite at a project based in San Carlos, CA.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for the oversight, management, performance, mentoring and safety of the scheduling team
  • Manage the integrated master program schedule (IMS)
  • Support Change Management team including preparing and analyzing Time Impact Analyses (TIA’s)
  • Support the Program Controls Director
  • Update the Program Controls Plan and Program Controls Procedures as needed
  • Implement and configure systems to effectively manage and report on all aspects of the program
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports including variance reporting, Earned Value analysis, and cash flow curves
  • Interface with the FTA and its PMOC
  • Support Risk Manager as needed including quantitative analyses and the development of what-if scenarios.
Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS + 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience or education, including 4 years of leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 20 years of professional experience
  • Experience working with integrated master schedules (IMS)
  • Program Schedule Management experience on infrastructure projects and programs exceeding $1B in program value
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience working on rail transit programs
  • Experience with federally funded transportation programs, especially FTA funded programs
  • Expert understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling techniques
  • Advanced skills using Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Experience working on the construction phase of projects, especially with the systems integration testing phase of a rail project or program
  • Working knowledge of schedule, risk and document management.
  • Working knowledge of change order management and dispute resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team of staff, of various disciplines, to accurately and efficiently complete deliverables and meet deadlines
  • Experience with design-build delivery
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
