The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a client-centric work ethic and a drive to deliver top-notch client service to contribute to both firm growth and professional development.Key Responsibilities:Manage client relationships and provide expert advice to keep individuals and businesses compliant with tax regulations.Ensure project deadlines are met for clients and provide proactive business advice and practical solutions.Collaborate effectively with teams to identify and implement tax planning opportunities.Review and adjust small business clients' financials and tax returns.Coordinate with team members to deliver exceptional client service.Conduct research and draft memos on complex tax matters.Communicate financials, tax returns, and other matters confidently to clients while maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality.Manage client expectations and address tax-related inquiries.What You'll Bring:CPA license and proficiency in preparing business (partnership and corporate) and individual tax returns.
