JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview :

The senior manager of Performance Management will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the management of the performance of the Digiteam domains, as well as Digital Acceleration Program.

This role involves creating and maintaining a dashboard of Digiteam KPIs, working with all Directors and vendors to ensure the existence of Service Level Agreements for managed services, working with the business to define and track the business Value generated by DAP and other projects. This business outcomes and value will be reviewed on quarterly basis and presented to the top management, in collaboration with the VP Finance Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Digiteam Performance Management

Contribute to the definition and manage all KPI related to Digiteam department.

Areas of KPIs : Finance cost & recharge, Progress Measurement for Digiteam and DAP projects, Operational KPIs for Digiteam each domain : Product Management, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Operations, Data.

Work with the domain owners to ensure a good definition of Service Level Agreements with vendors for managed services

In full collaboration with Procurement team and the service owners, review during regular meeting the quality of those managed services and subscriptions.

Own the Digiteam scorecard : Create, maintain & automate as much as possible those KPIs to ensure consistency & quality of all KPIs

Value Tracking

Create and maintain the business value tracking of all initiatives (DAP & others) as well as continuous enhancements of each domain

Act as custodian at digital project level to help, contribute, challenge the value proposed by the product/domain owner

Work in close relationship with the VP Finance Operations to present value in a dashboard and ensure the expected business outcomes reflected in the budget of disciplines / estimations on business projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related fields

10+ years of experience in Project Control, Finance or department management

Expertise in the relevant functional domain

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Product / Paltform operating models and Agile @scale methodologies

Knowledge of overall product architecture is appreciated

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
