BCIU Early Childhood Programs Regional Operations Lead

An ESS Early Childhood Programs Regional Operations Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the general education classrooms and or center locations within his/her designated region assuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and laws. This position supports all facility-based needs within the early learning center. The Early Childhood Programs Regional Operations Lead works in conjunction with the ECP Leadership Team.
Essential Functions

Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. Oversees daily activities within the region (arrival, dismissal, meal distribution, deliveries, visitors)
- Collaborates with the ECP Specialist Team to develop and monitor staff schedules including coverage for absences
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements as it relates to site management
- Monitors and supports all CACFP needs
- Acts as a conduit of information between the region and the ECP Leadership Team
- Provides support to regional staff to meet the needs of a variety of families
- Communicates building-level information to diverse stakeholder including, but not limited to, families, teachers, support staff, and the ECP Leadership Team

This is a full-time, 208-day calendar position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours are dependent on the needs of the districts. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Education and Experience
- Level of Degree: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Some college credit preferred.
- Early Childhood experience required
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
