Overview: This position is a midsenior level full time position whose principal aim is to e ectivelyscale a brand new program on early childhood stimulation for children from BirthtoThree yearsacross various Indian states. The Project Lead will be responsible for the recruitment supervisionand development of a Product Manager a Subject Matter Expert and a Program Manager.
Key Results
- Increase parent and anganwadi participation in the whatsapp based program for Birth to Three.
- Parent and anganwadi workers improvement in Knowledge Attitudes and Practices associated with BirthtoThree.
- Increased interest and support to and from the central government and relevant state governments in BirthtoThree.
- Effective and motivated performance by team members.
Key ActivitiesA)Building out proof of conceptB)Product development for scaleC)Stakeholder managementD)Leadership
- Endtoend project management to take the BirthtoThree Project from pilot to scale.
- Design and testing of various programmatic elements including launch plans training field operations.
- Design and testing of various nudges campaigns learning journeys to increase userengagement at scale.
- Overseeing product and tech development for oneonone communication at scale in collaboration with the relevant teams.
- Overseeing content development and running experiments to improve quality over time.
- Monitoring and Evaluation to measure effectiveness of the program and to understand scope of impact.
- Initiate and maintain relationships with various government partners to improve their understanding of the program and to increase their engagement and investment in training over time.
- Regularly travel to the eld to understand the users and to translate
- Hire train and grow a team of colleagues committed to their own learning and ensure communication among team members is frequent and effective.
