All About ABA, LLC is a leading provider of individual and family services in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

As a BCBA, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-quality ABA therapy to individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities.

In this position, you'll be responsible for:
  • Conducting assessments
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Implementing evidence-based interventions

You'll collaborate closely with clients, their families, and a team of professionals to offer the highest level of care and support.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Human Services or related field
  • Certification from the BACB as a BCBA
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • In-depth knowledge of ABA therapy
  • Understanding of autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in behavior assessments and intervention plans
  • Willingness to travel to provide therapy and support

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify strengths and areas of need
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments
  • Implement evidence-based interventions using ABA principles
  • Provide direct ABA therapy in various settings
  • Train and supervise ABA therapists and RBTs
  • Collaborate with families and professionals for continuity of care
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $100.00 per hour
